Current Practice: <br />— City maintains stormwater on City property, in City ROW and where an <br />easement or maintenance agreement requires. <br />• Driven by Storm Water Management Plan (SWM P) <br />• Focus on failed/ failing infrastructure & water quality <br />• Upgrades included with other projects (ie roads) <br />— Private development HOAs maintain their stormwater (in most cases), <br />however the City has and underlying easement (in most cases) <br />2. Current Issues: <br />— Country Side W <br />— Orono Oaks Drive <br />3.
