��` Sec. 78-1468. Signs in B and I districts. <br /> Within the B and I districts, wall and monument signs are permitted subject to the <br /> following regulations: <br /> (1) B-1, B-2 and B-4: size. Within the B-1, B-2 and B-4 districts,the aggregate square <br /> footage of sign space per lot shall not exceed the sum of one squaze foot for each <br /> front foot of building,plus one square foot for each front foot of lot not occupied <br /> by a building.No individual sign shall exceed 50 square feet. <br /> (2) B-3: size. Within the B-3 district,the aggregate square footage of sign space per <br /> lot shall not exceed the sum of four square feet per front foot of building,plus one <br /> squaze foot per front foot of property not occupied by a building.No individual <br /> sign surface shall exceed 100 square feet. <br /> (3) I.• Within the I District, signs shall be pernutted according to the regulations in <br /> section 78-832. <br /> (4) B-1, B-2 and B-4: height. Within the B-1, B-2 and B-4 districts,no sign shall <br /> extend in height more than two feet above the highest outside wall or parapet of <br /> any principal building,nor shall any sign be located closer than ten feet from any _ <br /> property line; except that any sign over ten square eet may pro�ect two feet into <br /> any required yard area from the principal building. <br /> � <br /> (5) B-3 and I.• height.
