<br />Tables 20 through 24 on the following pages present current retail sales and consumer expendi-
<br />ture data for Block Groups 27053072031 and 27053072032; Orono; Hennepin County; and a 5 -
<br />mile radius around Navarre. Due to ESRI data limitations, information could not be provided for
<br />the Navarre site area and instead the two block groups closest to the site were analyzed (see
<br />map on the following page). The sales information is from ESRI based on household counts. This
<br />information lists retail demand (potential sales), retail supply to consumers (retail sales) and
<br />provides a picture of the gap between the area's retail supply and demand. A positive value
<br />represents "leakage" of retail opportunity to stores outside of the Market Area. A negative
<br />value represents a "surplus," where more customers are coming into the area for retail goods
<br />and services than there are households in the area.
<br />• As depicted in the tables and illustrated in the following graphs, leakages exist in most
