There is 1 unit at the <br /> 2005 rate of$1,450 due for this permit. (See letter reference 080516A3) <br /> 2! Building permit P09878 issued for a single family home located at 21J5 Shevlin Drive ($1,550) <br /> was remitted on the May and June 2006 SAC report. There is 1 unit at the 2006 rate of <br /> $1,SSU due to the City for this error. <br /> �3: Bt�i�ding permit P09860,dated June 12,2006,was issued for a Hill Elementary School $3,100 <br /> addition/remodel located at 2180 North Shore Drive without SAC being collected. � <br /> There are 2 units at the 2006 rate of$1,550 each due for this permit. (See copy of letter <br /> reference 060531B3.) <br /> 4. Building permit P.10266,dated September 7,2006,was issued for an office addition 1 550 <br /> located at 3502 Skyline Drive without SAC being collected. There is 1 unit at the 2006 <br /> rate of$1,550 due for this permit.
