The City Council finds that the existing easement area to be vacated will be. <br /> redundant once Pence Lane Addition is recorded. <br /> 2. The vacation does not affect access to or use of any adjoining property. The <br /> Owners' legal access to the Property will not be affected by the vacation of <br /> the easements and no adjacent or nearby properties will have their access <br /> limited by it. <br /> 3. No utilities will be affected by vacation of the Easement <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the vacation of the <br /> portion of existing drainage and utility easements described and depicted in <br /> Exhibits A and B is hereby granted by the City Council of the City of Orono on this <br /> 10t" day of December, 2018, such vacation to be filed with Hennepin County <br /> concurrently with the plat of Pence Lane Addition. <br /> ADOPTED by the Orono City Council on this l Oth day of peCember, 2018. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> nna Carlson, City Clerk Dennis Walsh, Mayor <br />
