���p CITY OF ORONO <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � ti�C'' NO. <br /> �� b92 <br /> G <br /> t�kEs HOR�' <br /> A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING POLLING LOCATIONS FOR THE 2019 <br /> ELECTIONS <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is required to designate polling locations for the 2019 <br /> elections prior to January 1, 2019. <br /> THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of, Minnesota <br /> hereby designates the following polling locations for the 2019 Elections: <br /> Precinct 1 Long Lake Fire Station <br /> 340 Willow Drive North <br /> Orono, NIN 55356 <br /> Precinct 2 Good Shepherd Lutheran Church <br /> 3745 Shoreline Drive <br /> Wayzata, MN 55391 <br /> Precinct 3A Calvary Memorial Church <br /> 2420 Dunwoody Avenue <br /> Wayzata, MN 55391 <br /> Precinct 4A Orono Council Chambers <br /> 2780 Kelley Parkway <br /> Orono, MN 55356 <br /> AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the city clerk is hereby authorized to designate a <br /> replacement location meeting the requirements of the Minnesota Election Law for any polling <br /> place designated in this Resolution that becomes unavailable for use by the City; <br /> AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the city clerk is hereby authorized to designate an <br /> emergency replacement polling place meeting the requirements of the Minnesota Election Law <br /> for any polling place designated in this Resolution when necessary to ensure a safe and secure <br /> location for voting; <br /> AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the city clerk is directed to send a copy of this <br /> resolution and any subsequent polling place designations to the Hennepin County Elections <br /> Office. <br />
