I just found the Affidavit D that <br /> was sent 12/23/14 by fax and I want to add to what Deborah statement below. The Affidavit is asking for <br /> Grandparent credit but only supply information form 1995. Graze was given grandparent credit on the letter <br /> but if there is information that this location was different than retail in 1972 and there is proof showing this and <br /> it is dated from between 1968 and 1978 then we can review the determination. The information supplied on <br /> the Affidavit will not change the determination. <br /> i <br />
