The existing uses, while non-conforming, are entitled to continue without <br /> seeking a conditional use permit. <br /> As you and I discussed, Jim Anderst has an intention to expand the baNrestaurant. He <br /> expects to add approximately 1,000 square feet to the bar/restaurant facility.
