The plan appears to meet the minimum requirements of <br /> Hennepin County Ordinance Number 3 , Food Protection, and is <br /> approved with the following conditions and requirements. <br /> 1 . Floors in the front service and back prep areas must be <br /> quarry tile or equivalent, with a minimum four inch base. <br /> Walls in these areas must be smooth and easily cleanable. <br /> Fiberglass reinforced panels (FRP) , ceramic tile, or <br /> equivalent is required in the back dishwashing and prep <br /> room. Painted walls in the front service area are <br /> approved in accordance with the guidelines for wait <br /> station areas stated in the Food Service Construction <br /> Guide. <br /> 2 . Ceilings shall be smooth, non-absorbent, Iight colored, <br /> and capable of withstanding frequent cleaning. <br /> ..�. . i�z''..c3Sc NivV�Ci2 C�.:� 3ii'c�G�i.B i�i it�::u:� it�-.,� �� � c�,i� c^.t�. � ��� <br /> and 31. All food service equipment shall be listed by <br /> either NSF International, Edison Testing Laboratories, or <br /> Underwriters Laboratory (UL) sanitary seal . The above <br /> listed items must be approved prior to installation. <br /> 4 . Provide adequate protection for the sandwich make table <br /> from contamination from the public by utilizing a sneeze <br /> shield or other acceptable means of protection. <br /> 5.
