The Cafe is located at 3465 Shoreline <br /> Drive, which is located in the B-1 zoning district. The awning sign requires a permanent sign <br /> application. Signage in the B and I districts are regulated by zoning code 78-1468, copy <br /> attached. <br /> Please complete the attached Permanent Sign Application and return with all the necessary <br /> submittals before Tuesday, February 19, 2013. Note, since the sign was installed without a <br /> permit or any inspections, an after-the-fact (double) fee will be required. <br /> I have attached the pertinent City Codes for your reference as well as the necessary permit <br /> application.
