Please be advised that the City will require the following infonnation with re�ards to your application for a Commercial Site Plan review: • Application fee of$600 • Survey and/or site plan of property � Parking Layout and total number of stalls • Existin�Uusinesses located within the entire building and their square footages so that a parking analysis can be completed • Any proposed signage, its location, as well as its dimensions • All existing simlage on the building and site • Scaled floor plan of proposed business • Indicate any proposed lighting • Plans of exterior building/fa�ade changes if�roposed The City posted a stop work order on or around DecemUer 28, 2004 so that you could be notified of the process required in order to occupy this space. The City informed Mr. Paul Overson that work inay continue within tlle space, so long as that work does not require any lcind of buildin�, mechanical, plumbing, etc. pennit from the City. Please be advised that this is done at your own risk pending fornzal approval from the City Council. It is recoininei7ded that the building owizer and business owner work together in preparing the necessary submittal materials. It is also recommended that both parties attend the Planning Commission and City Council meetings. You are required to set up a pre-application meeting prior to submittal of your application.
