.. <br /> Please be advised that the City will require the following infonnation with re�ards to <br /> your application for a Commercial Site Plan review: <br /> • Application fee of$600 <br /> • Survey and/or site plan of property <br /> � Parking Layout and total number of stalls <br /> • Existin�Uusinesses located within the entire building and their square footages so that <br /> a parking analysis can be completed <br /> • Any proposed signage, its location, as well as its dimensions <br /> • All existing simlage on the building and site <br /> • Scaled floor plan of proposed business <br /> • Indicate any proposed lighting <br /> • Plans of exterior building/fa�ade changes if�roposed <br /> The City posted a stop work order on or around DecemUer 28, 2004 so that you could be <br /> notified of the process required in order to occupy this space. The City informed Mr. <br /> Paul Overson that work inay continue within tlle space, so long as that work does not <br /> require any lcind of buildin�, mechanical, plumbing, etc. pennit from the City. Please be <br /> advised that this is done at your own risk pending fornzal approval from the City Council. <br /> It is recoininei7ded that the building owizer and business owner work together in <br /> preparing the necessary submittal materials. It is also recommended that both parties <br /> attend the Planning Commission and City Council meetings. You are required to set up a <br /> pre-application meeting prior to submittal of your application. This should be done once <br /> you have gathered all applicable materials listed above.
