No. 2080 <br /> IN THE MATTER OF THE CONDEMNATION OF <br /> CERTAIN LANDS FOR HIGHWAY PURPOSES <br /> IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the County of <br /> Hennepin, upon approval of its Board, and Germ-Tom Partnership, <br /> Respondent/owners as to Parcel No. 60, and their respective <br /> counsel, as follows : <br /> 1 . The appeals of the County of Hennepin and � <br /> Respondents herein from the award of Commissioners filed March 7, <br /> 1989, in the sum of $9,700 .25 as to Parcel No. 60 in the above- <br /> entitled proceedings, are hereby settled and compromised for the <br /> total gross sum of $14,000 . 00; and the appeals are dismissed with <br /> prejudice, each party to pay their own costs and disbursements <br /> and no costs or disbursements shall be taxed. <br /> 2 . The County of Hennepin, having heretofore <br /> paid $$7,275 . 19, a 3/4 payment pursuant to M.S. 1988, § 117 . 155 <br /> in favor of and on account of the owners, shall pay the sum of <br /> $6 , 724 . 81 to Germ-Tom Partnership.
