Box 66 <br /> Orono, MN 55323 <br /> Re: Navarre Public Parking Area <br /> Our File No. 139 <br /> Dear John: <br /> The current driveway from County Road 15 to the Navarre Public Parking area is on private <br /> property as determined by our site visit. The property owner would like the City to correct <br /> the situation. <br /> The driveway access should have a minimum driving surface of 20 feet to accommodate two- <br /> way traffic. We would recommend a minimum easement width of 25 feet, as shown on the <br /> attached drawing. We would take a triangular strip of land from Lots 22 and 23 for the <br /> easement. The area of each of the easements is 670 square feet.
