OPERATORS. The Landiord acknowtedges that the Tenant sometimes s�zblets the sa�e of <br /> the fireworks to independent operators. Landlord approves of all such arrangements, provided <br /> that the Tenant is not relieved from any obligations hereemder.Tenan,t shall be the only temporary <br /> stand, kiosk or tent engaged in firework sales on property at ali times during the duration of this <br /> iease. <br /> �TSUItANCE. Tenant shaE�provide generat liability insmance covering the Tenant's,and � <br /> its subcontractors, use and occupation of the property's, including, without Iimitation, product <br /> liability, bodily injury, personal injury and property damage, on an occurrence basis, with <br /> coverage in the aggregate amount of TWO MILLION DOLLARS {$2,000,000.00). The <br /> insurance shatt aame the Lanc�fiord as an ad�tionat insured under Tenant's insurance po�icy "�s <br /> Landlord's interest may appear."
