The door for the closet by the Southwest exit needs to have a minimum 12"clearance from the door to the wall on <br /> the push side. <br /> 2. The single door exit at the Southwest corner of the building needs to have a minimum 12"clearance from the <br /> door to the wall on the push side. <br /> 3. The door for the employee area exit needs to have a minimum 12"clearance from the door to the wall on the push <br /> side. <br /> 4. Provide accessible signage detail for both the men's and woman's bathrooms. Signs shall have tactile writing. <br /> 5. All plans needs to be signed and have your registration number for the State of Minnesota on each page. <br /> 6. Provide permit application signed by the person responsible for the work.No permit can be issued without a <br /> permit application. <br /> 7. Line H of the code analysis shows 21,500 square feet allowable,this number should be 64,500 square feet. <br /> 8. Provide 2 sets of new plans with all corrections. <br /> 9.
