On <br /> March 5, 2013, City Staff performed a property inspection at the above address. During the <br /> inspection Staff noted an over-flowing garbage dumpster and a boat trailer tocated on the south <br /> side of the building. <br /> Long-term storage of garbage, refuse and litter is not permitted per City Code Section 54-32(3). <br /> Exterior storage of boats and boat trailers is not a permitted use in the B-1 Zoning District. This <br /> letter will serve as your notice that the property must be brought into compliance by <br /> March 25, 2013 in order to avoid legal action by the City. In order to bring your property into <br /> compliance the dumpster must be emptied and the trailer must be removed from the property or <br /> stored in an enclosed building by March 25, 2013. <br /> I have attached the pertinent City Code for your reference.
