Citgo is <br /> leaving our state causing some 90 dealers to look for a different supplier. <br /> We are changing the very messy ID price sign to a LED digital reader for the price of gasoline only. <br /> This reduces the square footage from 49.51 to 24 sq. ft. <br /> The present Citgo lettering is in four locations on the canopy,we intend to reduce this to 3 readings <br /> Present sq footage 100 sq ft. New 69.51 sq ft. <br /> The present building signage doesn't have any signage. We propose to change the background color to a <br /> solid red adding directional signage totaling 20.91 sq ft. <br /> Overall deduction for the change 65.58 sq ft. <br /> We need your help with a permit immediately.
