Subject to local approval. <br /> To Whom it may concern: <br /> The plans for the above installation have been reviewed pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, <br /> 1984, Chapter 299F.19. <br /> Preliminary approval is given for the aforementioned project subject to compliance with <br /> the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, State Fire Marshal Regulations, and local ordinances <br /> and permits. Construction shall be in conformance with Article 79, Flammable and <br /> Combustible Liquids, contained in Minnesota Uniform Fire Code (1991 edition as amended) . <br /> Final approval will be given following an inspection of the facility by either your area <br /> local fire authority or Deputy State Fire Marshal. <br /> Approval of the project described in this letter does not relieve the applicant of <br /> responsibility to other Federal, State or local aQencies rectardinq adherence to <br /> regulations or the need to obtain necessary approval. <br /> Questions concerning this project should be addressed in writing to our office for a <br /> formal response. <br /> Please refer to the file number listed above in all future correspondence concerning <br /> this project. <br /> Yours very truly, <br /> Thom s R.
