MPCA staff requests that you take
the steps necessary to investigate and clean up the petroleum release and submit either an excavation repo►rt or
limited site investigation report within 30 days of receipt of this letter. Failure to meet this deadline may result in
reduced reimbursement from the Petrofund and/or enforcement action taken against you by the MPCA.
Please refer to MPCA guidance documents for information regarding the scope of investigations required at
petroleum re(ease sites. MPCA staff requires that the site investigation fully define the extent and magnitude of
soi( and ground water contamination caused by the release. We reserve the right to reject proposed corrective
actions if the requirements of the site investigation have not been fulfilled. If you have any questions concerning
this letter or need additiona( information, please call me at 651-757-2331.
