They can be replaced in-kind, same height and <br /> width. According to your plans, it appears the monument and pylon signs are increasing in size in order to add the <br /> proposed blue, neon shroud. These are not permittable as submitted. Please have the monument and pylon signs <br /> modified to not exceed the current nonconforming dimensions. <br /> Citv Code Section 78-1468 states no individual sign shall exceed 50 square feet. The top detail for one of the proposed <br /> Holiday wall or canopy signs at 2420 Shadywood Road is larger than 50 square feet(copy attached). The proposal states <br /> signage is being replaced in-kind: Please clarify on the plans which sign is for the canopy and which is for the <br /> building. Note,we will require our inspector to be on-site for removal and installation to verify the dimensions of the <br /> in-kind replacement of the sign that is over 50 square feet. An inspection must be scheduled a minimum of 48-hours <br /> ahead of the sign removal and/or removal and installation to verify sizes. <br /> We have received the dimmer information submitted by you.The City requires a dimmer be implemented that is self- ' <br /> dimming based on exterior lighting conditions. The one submitted is for a manual dimmer.
