Legal description: <br /> Section 20, Township 117N,Range 23W. <br /> A wetland delineation was conducted by Kjolhaug Environmental Services on August 3, <br /> 2015. A complete delineation report and WCA application were submitted to MCWD on <br /> September 9,2015. One wetland was delineated on site. Wetland 1 was identified as a Type 3, <br /> shallow marsh wetland. <br /> MCWD and BWSR reviewed the boundaries in the field on 9/23/15.MCWD and BWSR determined <br /> that the wetland is better classified as a mixed Type 3,shallow marsh and Type 7,hardwood swamp <br /> with the latter present in the southern/eastern portion of the wetland.MCWD determined that an <br /> additional point should be added along the southeastern portion of the wetland boundary to better <br /> capture its curvature;this update was submitted on 10/5/15.MCWD and BWSR were otherwise in <br /> agreement with the boundaries of the wetlands on site. <br /> MCWD a roves the wetland boundaries and es as delineated in the field and documented in the <br /> BWSR Forms 7-1-10 Page 1 <br /> of 3 <br />
