Provide Special Inspections form and inspections per International Building Code(IBC)Chapter 17 of the <br /> Minnesota State Building Code,signed by all persons involved. <br /> Response:The signed special inspections form is attached with this response. <br /> 2. Provide Geo-technical information and testing. <br /> Response: Recent soil testing has been completed by the owner and is attached with this response. <br /> The General Structural Notes on sheet S1 state the assumed allowable bearing pressure for the <br /> footings. Inspection of the bottom of excavation will be done during construction by the special <br /> inspection company to verify the assumed minimum soil conditions. <br /> 3. Provide a SAC determination letter from the Met Council. <br /> Response:A SAC review application has been submitted and we are waiting on their response. <br /> 4. Provide more extensive code review covering total occupant load, bathroom facilities and accessible <br /> parking. <br /> Response:The G300 Life Safety Plan is attached with this response.This plan will be formally issued <br /> along with the complete interior remodel package in the next week or two. <br /> 5.
