The building will be of masonry construction with an <br /> Irshaped footprint. The overall dimensions of the larger north-south leg will be about <br /> 47' x 120' with the smaller east-west leg measuring about 22' x 28'. A full basement may <br />— be constructed within a small portion of the structure, located in the southcentral portion <br /> of the addition. The approximate building location is as shown on the sketch included <br /> in the appendix of this report. <br /> 1.2 Scope of Services <br /> _ In accordance with the authorization of Mr Rick Bloomquist on April 22, 1991, we have <br />, <br /> performed a geotechnical exploration program.
