Although this plan has been approved, the following items <br /> listed below need to be addressed prior to the start of construction: <br /> • The storage issue has been resolved however; the area proposed for the cabinetry is <br /> close to the garbage area, and not in a clean area of the warehouse. This area must <br /> be thoroughly cleaned prior to food being stored here. <br /> • All food and single service item storage areas for open cased products must have <br /> doors to enclose, and protect. Interior of these areas must have FRP or pressure <br /> applied laminate. <br /> • The floor in the kiosk must be ceramic iile, quarry tile or other approved surface with <br /> a base cove of the same material. <br /> • Kick plates if used must be completely removable without the use of tools. <br /> • I assume that lighting from the grocery will be filtering into the kiosk.
