Leff <br /> Ncll E.M:�thews <br /> This letter of agreement is between the City of Minnetonka Beach <br /> (herein referred to as Minnetonka Beach), and the City of Orono (herein <br /> referred to as Orono}. <br /> Due to a cost hardship, Orono is requesting sanitary sewer service from <br /> Minnetonka Beach for two (2) homes located in Orono to the north and west of <br /> the Arcola Bridge (referred to as the Head property). The connection will be made <br /> to the manhole at the intersection of Beach Lane and County Rd. 15 by boring <br /> under the waters of Lake Minnetonka fro the properties. Orono would like to <br /> have this pro'ect completed by Jul 2000��r��;�� �j G��t�� �S S �S <br /> 2V l L .Ci�1 iJl�^`:11f�° �Y��r��� <br /> Orono and the landowners will pay all costs incuned for this project <br /> includin�, but not limited to: <br /> • All construction related costs <br /> • SAC charges to the Metropolitan Council <br /> • Permits from Hennepin County and the DNR <br /> • Minnetonka Beach sewer connection fee of$2,177.25 per unit <br /> • A $25.00 inspection permit fee <br /> • Quarterly Minnetonka Beach sewer fees billed to Orono for each unit <br /> • Orono will own and maintain the sewer line from the Beach Lane <br /> manhole to the Head property. <br /> • Orono accepts responsibility for any emergency clean ups or risk of <br /> liability related to this sewer line. <br /> Orono will obtain the inspection permit from Minnetonka Beach at the <br /> beginning of the project. Minnetonka Beach will bill Orono the sewer <br /> connection fees in July of 2000, or at project completion.
