RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ��kESI��4� NO. � � � � . <br /> A RESOLUTION AWARDING <br /> THE CONTRACT FOR THE <br /> � INSTALLATION OF SA1�tITARY SEWER <br /> FOR 2090 SHORELINE DRIVE (HEAD PROPERT� <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the installation of sanitary <br /> sewer improvements for 2090 Shoreline Drive, bids were received,opened and tabulated according <br /> to law; and � <br /> WHEREAS,it appears that Minncomm,Mora,Minnesota is the lowest responsible <br /> bidder. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: . <br /> � 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a construction <br /> contract with Minncomm,Mora,Minnesota,in the name of the City of Orono for the <br /> installation of sanitary sewer improvements for the 2090 Shoreline Drive property <br /> � according to the plans and specifications therefor approved by the City Council and <br /> on file in the office of the City Clerk in the amount of$31,936.00. <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the <br /> deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and <br /> the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed. <br /> Adopted by the Orono City Council at a regular Council meeting held on November <br /> 8, 1999. � <br /> ATTEST: <br /> P�• (/.�� <br /> Linda S.
