The existing cabin on the property does not have a CUP for guest house use, and it is <br /> unknown whether the property qualifies for a guest house CUP because we don't know <br /> whether it has the required 4.0 acres in area. The second dwelling (cabin) on the property <br /> does not qualify as a rental dwelling unit. <br />
