To <br /> avoid dupf'ication and to streamline the application process among the various resource agencies,applicarrts can use the <br /> information entered into MPARS to substitute for completing parts of this joint application form. The MPARS print/save functian <br /> will provide the applicant with a copy of the Pubifc Waters permft application which,at a minimum,will satisfy Parts orte and twa <br /> of this joint application. Fo�certain types of activities,the MPAR5 application may also prrnride all of the necessary information <br /> r�equired under Parts thnee and four of the jaint appiicat[on. However,it is the responsibitity of the Applicant ta make sure that <br /> the joint appllcation contains ali of the required ir�formation,including ider�tificatian of al!aquatic resources impatted by the <br /> project(see Part four af the joint application).
