This is inconsequential in regards to buildability. <br /> �It must also be noted that the City has not assessed this property as a buildable site for tax gurposes, . <br /> the current assassed value being approximately$6,000 where buildabk lots around it are valued at <br /> $150,000-400,000(land portion). <br /> Based on the information noted above, the City will nat issue a buildin� permit for Outlot A, <br /> Hartwood, because it is considered as an unbuildable lot.
