The septic system was <br /> installed on June 15, 1981 by Widmer Bros. A summary of the inspection is below. <br /> Septic Tank Condition <br /> 1. Pumpout needed within one year.(Last pump out 4/10/96) <br /> The septic system is a compliant septic system which means it meets all current Ciry and State <br /> Standards. The drainfield is slightly saturated meaning there aze"wet spots" over the drainfield. No <br /> repair is needed regazding the system at this time. There aze two possible reasons for the saturated <br /> dr�eld. There may be leaky fixtures in the home or there may be more water being used than the <br /> system was designed for. Check all fixtures for leaking and try to reduce the amount of water being <br /> used on a daily basis. <br /> Enclosed is a list of staxe licensed septic contractors who work in Orono on a re�ulaz basis.
