My wife and I also own the <br /> strip of land on Lake Minnetonka a�cross Highway 15 where we (and many previous owners) <br /> have a permanent��vooden platform and a seasonal boat dock. The shoreline is rock ribbed <br /> and has no potential for soil erosion. <br /> We wish to engage Tongen Tree Service to remove dead trees on the north side of the <br /> wooden platform and less than 45 linear feet of invasive buckthorn growth between them. <br /> To prevent any soil disturbance we shall leave the cut stems and roots in place and we expect <br /> that the buckthorn will re-grow. No herbicides will be used. Water qualiry will not be <br /> affected. <br /> We discussed this plan with Roger Peitso on site on October 12, 2016 and he recommended <br /> that I submit this plan as part of my application for this permit. <br /> I have enclosed a "not to scale" sketch of the site as he requested. <br /> We would appreciate your prompt consideration of this plan. <br /> Thank you, <br /> c� � `��r= ..a , � <br /> Joseph M.
