This Agreement outlines repairs <br /> and subsequent razing and removal of the three cabins located <br /> upon your client ' s property in Orono . <br /> We are now approaching June, 1, 1991, which is listed as <br /> the "termination date" per Item No . 3 (a) of the Agreement . <br /> Within two weeks of the termination date, your client is to <br /> remove the cabins at his expense, disconnect all services and <br /> utilities, remove all debris and restore the site to a <br /> reasonable condition including seeding or sodding . <br /> Should your client not raze the cabins and remove the <br /> debris per Item No . 3 (a) of the Agreement, Item No . 3 (b) <br /> authorizes the City to pertorm 'tne task and aSSc�S its costs <br /> against the property to be payable in a single year . <br /> It is possible that your client is already preparing for <br /> the razing and removal of these buildings .
