Gilbert : <br /> It has been brought to our attention, by Jeanne Mabusth <br /> at the City of Orono, that the cabin structures on Mr . <br /> Toberman' s property, which were to be removed by June 14 , 1991, <br /> are still located upon the property. <br /> You will recall from our letter dated May 22 , 1991, that <br /> we asked you to remind your client of the Agreement he signed on <br /> February 12, 1990, which, among other things, required removal <br /> of the cabins on the property by June 14 , 1991, at Mr . <br /> Toberman' s expense. In the alternative, the Agreement allows <br /> t?�e City to enter the property and raze and remove the cabins . <br /> All costs involved in this process would be assessed as a lien <br /> against Mr . Toberman' s property. <br /> At this juncture, the City is obtaining bids for the <br /> razing and removal of the cabins . It is the City' s intention to <br /> have the work completed as soon as possible. On June 20, the <br /> City received a letter from Ms . Cynthia Johnson of Toberman <br /> Management, requesting a demolition permit . Jeanne Mabusth has <br /> indicated that the permit request is incomplete and that she <br />
