I will be building a stud wall on the NW side(right side in drawing) of <br /> the office space. I am anticipating the egress window will be placed here, <br /> and it is shown in the plan, but it could end up at the other end of the <br /> basement. <br /> 2. I elected to use a 32" door rather than a 36"door. <br /> 3. The general storage space (water heater location)was increased by 16" <br /> and a 4 foot bifold door was added. This eliminates the second drop in the <br /> soffit. <br /> 4.
