One a revised survey, the other a worksheet showing hard cover <br /> areas and drainage calculations. <br /> A summary of the drainage situation is shown on a note on the survey and the result is slightly less water <br /> postdevelopment compared to pre development. <br /> Some additional fill will have to be brought to the site and a note on the survey gives the quantities involved, the <br /> amount of import is less than 500 cu. yd. <br /> I have also attached a copy of the hard cover worksheets for each zones and there are no proposed changes in <br /> hard cover except in the 250—500 zone where the proposed house is located. <br /> The percentage of hard cover is under the required amount if one takes credit for unus�d square footage in the 75 <br /> —250 zone. <br /> Please look this over and give me your comments. <br /> Jim Parker, 952 674 2632 direct diai. <br /> :f�;i�nn� <br />
