a„�,�,':�,`^�� `��: <br /> Executive Summary <br /> ISG completed a wetland investigation within a roughly 4 acre property located in Hennepin County for <br /> the purpose of future development on the property. The property field work was completed on July 6, <br /> 2017. <br /> This wetland investigation was performed in accordance with the 1987 US Army Corps of Engineers <br /> Wetland Delineation Manual and the 2010 Midwest Regional Supplement, and all applicable supporting <br /> documents for areas meeting wetland criteria for a routine wetland delineation in accordance to the <br /> MN Wetland Conservation Act and the US Army Corps of Engineers Section 404 Program. <br /> Vegetation, soii and hydrology sampling have been completed on all potential wetland areas within the <br /> project area. Wetland determinations were based on the three required technical criteria: occurrence <br /> of hydric soil, predominance of hydrophytic vegetation, and the presence of one primary and/or two <br /> secondary indicators of wetland hydrology. <br /> Table 1.
