Upon his furcher requesc, an individuai who is the subjecc <br /> of stoced private or public daa on individuals shall be shown the dara wi[hout any chatge to him and;if he desires, shall be informed of the coacenc <br /> ar.d meaning of that data. After an individual has been shown che private data and informed of iu meaning,the data need not be disclosed ro him for <br /> six mondu[hereafter unless a dispute or acaon pursuan�to this secdon is pending oc addidonal data on the individual has been cotlecced or created. <br /> 'Ihe respotuible au[horiry shall provide copies of the privace or public data upon request by the individua!subjecc of[he dara. The responsible authoriry <br /> may require[he reqcesdng person to pay[he accual cosu oi makinz,cerdfying,and compiling the copies. <br /> The responsible au[horiry shali comply immcdiacety,if possible, wich any request made pursuant to this subdivision,or wi[hin five days of <br /> the dace of the request,excluding Sanirdays,Sundays and legal holidays,if immediate compliance is not possibte. Procedure when data is not accurate or complete. An individual may concest the accurdcy or completeness of public or private <br /> data conceming himself.
