The hardcover removals necessary to achieve these <br /> hardcover levels shall be completed prior to the footing inspection for the <br /> proposed new construction, except that removals associated with driveway <br /> reconstruction may be delayed with the approval of the building inspector in <br /> order that construction tr�c not be impeded. Applicant is advised that <br /> hardcover on the property exceeds the normal limits, and any future proposal to <br /> increase hardcover on the properry will likely not be approved, but might be <br /> approved only in conjunction with the concurrent removal of pre-existing <br /> hardcover, resulting in no increase or a net decrease in hardcover on the <br /> property. <br /> 2. Applicant sha11 provide adequate grading and drainage plans for the proposed <br /> ' driveway relocation which must be approved by the City Engineer, prior to <br /> • issuance of a building permit for the proposed additions and site improvements. <br /> 3. . The applicant and future City Councils are advised that the current City Council <br /> intends that no future additional structure in the 0-75' zone should be approved <br /> for this property. � <br /> 4. Applicant is advised that in the event the existing house is totally removed, the <br /> City shall have the opporlunity to reconsider this approval. <br /> 6. Authorities granted by this variance run with the property not with the applicant, <br /> � but are permissive only and must be exercised by application for a building <br /> � permit within one yeaz of the date of Council approval, or this variance will . <br /> expire on that date (August 25, 1998). <br /> 7.
