i 1 � <br /> The approximate boundary of the burial grounds is shown on the attached map,which is not an official <br /> land survey map, but a sketch map for the purposes of this burial authentication. I recommend that the <br /> current landowner or future landowner have the boundary we marked officially surveyed and added to <br /> the plat. <br /> Because this burial ground is affiliated with Indian burials, per Minnesota Statutes 307.08, no <br /> disturbances are permitted within the burial grounds without the permission of the Minnesota Indian <br /> Affairs Council(MIAC). I have copied their representative,lim Jones, on this letter. I have also copied the <br /> City of Orono planning and zoning authority. I will email copies of the letter to the children of the <br /> landowner.
