Hose station shall be spaced as to provide <br /> protection to any portion of the floats or the <br /> � floating vessels. <br /> ii. Hoses shall be mounted on a reel or rack and <br /> enclosed within an approved cabinet. Hose station <br /> shal 1 be labeled "Fire Hose - Emergency Use Only". <br /> iii. All equipment shall meet the approval of the <br /> � fire inspector. <br /> • 6. Erosion control shall be employed at all times on the <br /> site during the time of the expansion of the parking lot <br /> area. <br /> 7. Applicant to apply for a building permit for commercial <br /> dock construction. <br /> 8. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the <br /> property not with the applicant, but are permissive only and <br /> must .be exercised by the application for a building permit <br /> within one year of the date of Council approval or this <br /> approval will expire on that date (May 22, 1990). <br /> 9. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and <br /> conditions of this resolution shall constitute a violation <br /> of the Zoning Code, shall automatically terminate any <br /> authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a <br /> misdemeanor. <br /> 10. The undersigned applicant has read, understood and <br /> hereby agrees to the terms of this resolution and on behalf <br /> of Genmar Industries, it heirs, successors and assigns, <br /> hereby agrees to the recording of this resolution in the <br /> chain of title of the property. <br /> � Page 6 of 8 <br /> � <br />
