It appears that the net number of slips will not be increasing beyond the <br /> existing level of 114. Further, the proposed site plan reduces the number of slips on Tanager <br /> Lake from 66 to 56, and increases the number on Brown's Bay to 58. Because virtually all <br /> vehicle parking serving this marina is on the Browns Bay side of CR15,this potentially reduces <br /> by 15%the amount of pedestrian traffic having to cross CR15, which we see as a benefit of the <br /> proposed configuration. <br /> To the extent that the currently proposed amenities in support of the Special Density License <br /> differ from those approved in 1990, we would recommend that all amenities listed in the 1990 <br /> approval continue to be provided. <br /> Please feel free to contact me at 952-249-4622 if you have any questions. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> /��`J� <br /> Michael P.
