He added that the ordinance states that the <br /> amenity is subject to acceptance by the Board and is not <br /> obligated to accept the amenities the applicant is <br /> proposing. <br /> Grathwol asked if the slips beyond 200 ' has been removed? <br /> Nybeck replied that they have been. <br /> AMENDID VOTE: Motion carried unanimously. <br /> VOTE: Motion carried unanimously. <br /> B. Minnetonka Boat Works (Orono) proposed amendment to <br /> � amenities required by Special Density License granted on <br /> 9/26/90 . <br /> Nybeck suggested no action be taken by the Board. He <br /> added the amenities approved in the 1990 SDL are <br /> • currently being provided. <br /> MOTION: Zwak moved, Reese seconded to amend <br /> amenity b of the approved 9/26/90 SDL <br /> Order deleting, •at least three times per <br /> year" and addinq, "with minimum of 100 <br /> people served per season" . <br /> VOTE: Motion carried unanimously. <br /> C. Ordinance Amendment, 2nd reading of an ordinance relating <br /> to reconfiguration of non-conforming docks on Lake <br /> Minnetonka; adding new Section 2 .015 to the LMCD Code of <br /> Ordinances . <br /> MOTION: Zwak moved, Reese seconded to approve the <br /> 2nd reading of the ordinance. <br /> DISCUSSION: <br /> Reese stated that he still had a problem with using <br /> square footage rather than linear for slip size <br /> measurements. He suggested the Board reconsider the use <br /> of linear measurements because it would be simpler. He <br /> encouraged feedback from the marina owners on their <br /> preference. <br />
