The license9 are granted for construction and maintenance of facilities for <br /> 47 83Us on Hrown's Bay and for 67 83Us on Tanager Lake in accordance <br /> wtth the dock plan attached hereto as Attaehment One and hereby made a <br /> part of this Order. <br /> 2. The llcenses are condittoned on the continuing maintenance of the following <br /> publie amenitIes, each of whIch has been suggested and agreed to by the <br /> Applicant. <br /> a. One slip shall be maintained for use by the Sheriff's Water Patrol for <br /> emergency purposes. <br /> b. LIcensee shall provide boats with a professional guide for fishing <br /> exeurstons for underprivileged or handicapped children or adults, at <br /> least five ttmes per year, providing access foc approximately 25 such <br /> persons, at no charge, and shall annually report on the same to the <br /> District. <br /> d. Licensee shall maintaln a public pay phone. <br /> e. Licensee shall maintain an MCWD approved skimming and ponding <br /> basin for runoff. <br /> f. Licensee shall maintain landscaping on the grounds. <br /> g. Ltcensee shall provide a loading zone for Tanager Lake customers, <br /> allowing such customers to load a boat at the Brown's 8ay facilities <br /> which shall be handlcapped accessible. <br /> 2 <br />
