Sth Street, #110, <br /> Minneapolis, MN 55402 has paid the sum of $965.00 DOLLARS to the Treasurer of said <br /> LAKE MINNETONKA CONSERVATION DISTRICT as required by the Ordinances of said <br /> District and complied with all the requirements of said Ordinances necessary for obtaining <br /> this License: <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, By order of the Board of Directors of said District and by virtue <br /> hereof, the said EOF Investments LLC (Site 1) is hereby licensed and authorized to operate <br /> a multiple dock subject to existing and future density policies and regulations adopted by the <br /> District's Board of Directors, <br /> Per Site Plan - 5/6/14; <br /> Subiect to Variance Order 3/25/81; <br /> Subiect to: All watercraft must be stored within authorized BSUs. and no watercraft (within all 58 <br /> BSUs) mav exceed 4' overhang LOA with equipment in normal operating position bevond the end of <br /> the docks; per LMCD Code Section 2.015, Subd. 9; <br /> Non-Conformine Structure, 1:6 densitv,332 feet of lakeshore frontage. <br /> for the period of the 2014 Dock Season and ending December 31, 2014 subject to all the <br /> conditions and provisions of said Ordinances.
