Rivers of Windward Marine, Inc., <br /> (hereinafter "the applicant") is the owner of the property <br /> located at 1444 Shoreline Drive within the City of Orono <br /> (hereinafter "City") and legally described as follows: <br /> Exhibit A, attached (hereinafter "the property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, on October 5, 1988, the City approved a <br /> commercial site plan and multiple zoning variances for the major <br /> . upgrading of the commerial marina involving improvement on both <br /> the Tanager Lake and Brown' s Bay sides of the lake.
