Item A on the sheet labeled proposed landscape repairs states your intent to replace a retaining wall on the east <br /> �side of the north parking area. Please have the survey reflect this and note the proposed top and bottom of wall <br /> elevations. <br /> 2. The survev depicts removal of patio (K). The landscape plan depicts the removal of this patio and also notes <br /> grading out 20'to install sod to be used as a temporary parking area. Please have the survey reflect the grading <br /> changes taking place. Please note, any lawn used for parking(even temporary) is considered hardcover and <br /> must be included in the hardcover calculations. <br /> 3. Item B of the proposed landscane repairs summary proposes a timber stair to the lake. The landscape plan <br /> depicts it as Item C. The proposed stairs are not shown on the survey. Please have the proposed stairs shown <br /> �on the survey and included in the hardcover calculations. Submit two (2)full-size sets of constru.ction plans for <br /> the proposed stairs. <br /> 4. Item C of the proposed landscape repairs summary and Item D of the landscape plan states buckthorn to be <br /> ✓removed. Please show the exact area of the removal and submit a detailed planting plan specifying location, <br /> size and type of plants. Erosion control measures must be shown on the survey. <br /> 5 The landscaqe plan notes a gravel path to be removed. A gravel path is currently not shown on the <br /> � survey. Please have this added with a notation it will be removed <br /> 6. The survey shows a couple pads on the south west corner of the home,creation of a patio south of the house <br /> and stepping stones(V). The survev depicts the steps and stepping stones as proposed and the landscape plan <br /> depicts them as existing. Please clarify. <br /> 7. "Grade and resod" is shown is several locations on the landscape plan. Please have these areas shown on the <br /> survey noting any proposed grading. � <br /> 8. The survev depicts on the south and southeast side of the house a walk(C) and patio (B) are shown. Are they <br /> existing? The landscape plan shows plantings in the same area. Please clarify. <br /> 9. Erosion control measures must be shown on the site plan. <br /> Your projects may trigger the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District's(MCWD) permitting requirements; please contact the <br /> MCWD directly at 952-471-0590 regarding your project. Please note,the City of Orono will not issue a permit without a copy <br /> of MCWD permits or documentation from the MCWD stating the proposed project does not trigger any of their permitting <br /> requirements. <br /> Attached is an updated escrow agreement, combining the building addition with the zoning permit. No additional <br /> escrow money is needed at this time, please sign the attached updated escrow agreement and return at your earliest <br /> convenience. <br /> Please revise your proposal,survey or both and provide updated information for us to review. The above information is <br /> required in order for the plan review to continue.
