'fanks should be punped out as soon as possible. <br /> 8 System is discharging t10 the surface. Tanks must be punped out within 48 hours to eliminate surface dischar�e. <br /> 9 Inspection risers missi g-tanks could not be inspected. Inspection risers (4�� dia. pipe) must be installed in each <br /> tank at next pun�out. If tanks have not been punped out within the last three years, they should be punped <br /> out now. <br /> 1 Inspection pipe is loc¢ted directly over tank beffle (does not give accurate measurement of solids accunulation). <br /> If tanks have notlbeen punped out within the last three years, they should be punped out now. <br /> DRAINFIELD CONDITION (11-14): <br /> D/a�field inspection indicatles: <br /> 11Y Drainfield is dry, no s4rfacing evident. <br /> `R Sane evidence of surfacing, not critical yet. <br /> 13 Drainfield is satureted and visibly discharging untreated effluent to the surface. Contact the City Inspector <br /> immediately.
