TANK CONDITION C5-10): Tank inspection indicates: 5 Punpout not needed a this time. 6 Solids accumulation n tanks indicates they should be punped out this year to help prevent tuture problems. 7 Solids accunulation n tanks is at a critical level. Tanks should be pumped out as soon as possible. 8 System is dischargin� to the surface. Tanks must be punped out within 48 hours to eliminate surface dischar$e. 9 Inspection risers mi=sing-tanks could not be inspected. Inspection risers (4�' dia. pipe) must be installed in each tank at next ut.
