Tanks should punped out as soon as possible. <br /> 8 System is discharging to the�surface. Tanks must be puiped out with n 48 hours to eliminate surface dischar�e. <br /> 9 Inspection risers missing-ta ks could not be inspected. Inspection isers (4" dia. pipe> must be instelled �n each <br /> tank at next p�mpout. If tanks have not been punped out wit in the last three years, they should be punped <br /> out now. <br /> 10 lnspection pipe is located rectly over tank baffle (does not giv accurate measurement of solids accunulation). <br /> If tanks have not been pumped out within the last three years, they should be punped out now. <br /> DRAINFIELD CONDITION (11-14): �. <br /> Drainfield inspection indicates: <br /> � Drainfie[d is dry, no surfac ng evident. <br /> 1 Some evidence of surfacing, t critical yet. <br /> Drainfield is saturated and visibly discharging untreated effluen to the surface. Contact the City Inspector <br /> immediately.
