The above referenced <br /> property is located within the RR-1B zoning district. This district requires a side yard <br /> setback of 30' for the principal structure. According to the survey the proposed <br /> construction is an addition to the existing above-grade deck. The home and the existing <br /> deck do not meet the required 30' side yard setback; nor does the proposed addition.
